During the 1990's and the heyday of Country Music when Garth Brooks was king...Gary had the top morning show in his market for 7 connsecutive years.

Gary's morning show was affiliated with ABC Radio Networks in Dallas and was so successful that just about every contry artist in Nashville wanted to be a guest on the program.

So over the years, there were many from Garth Brooks, Fatih Hill, Tim McGraw, Shania Twain, The Dixie Chicks, Charlie Daniels and many more.
